Starbucks
DRH developed this Starbucks in Vineyard, Utah. This location opened in early 2020.
Fairbourne Station
DRH assisted West Valley City Redevelopment in acquiring, managing and developing the 40 acres known as Fairbourne Station.
Dutch Bros Coffee
DRH developed Dutch Bros Coffee in Provo, Utah. This location opened at the end of 2020.
Dutch Bros Coffee
DRH Developed this Dutch Bros Coffee in West Valley City, Utah. This location opened in Q4 of 2020.
Starbucks
DRH developed this four-tenant building with a Starbucks in Riverdale, Utah. This location opened at the end of 2020.
CVS
DRH initiated the ground lease for this CVS is West Valley City, Utah. This location opened in 2020.
Larry H. Miller
DRH represented Larry H. Miller Group (LHM) in acquiring, titling and developing over 53 acres in Draper, Utah. DRH also assisted in developing this Ford and Mercedes auto mall in addition to the 120,000 SF Prestige office building.
Little Caesars
DRH developed this two tenant building containing Little Caesars Pizza and Good Brothers Barber. Little Caesars opened in February 2021 and Good Brothers is projected to open Spring 2021.
Mo'Bettahs and Cafe Rio
DRH is currently developing a two-tenant building in Riverdale, Utah. Construction is scheduled to finish in Summer of 2021.
Raising Canes
DRH is currently developing a Raising Canes Chicken Fingers in Riverdale, Utah. Construction is scheduled to begin in Summer of 2021.
Starbucks
DRH is currently developing a three tenant building in Riverton, Utah. Starbucks has an executed lease and is scheduled to open in Summer of 2021.
Dutch Bros Coffee
DRH is currently developing a Dutch Bros Coffee in Sandy, Utah. Construction is scheduled to begin June 2021.
Maverik
DRH is currently developing a Maverik gas station right off of I-15 in Elwood, Utah. Construction is scheduled to begin in Summer of 2021.
